Reckless I'd say your full of it. Our turn around time is less then 5 days in the middle of the summer when Nathan and I are swamped with work, making sure all of western Canada has their suspension to ride. I'm not sure why you'd say that Fox hates Canadians unless you just woke up in a bad mood this morning. If it took forever, its because the shop you took it to, sat on it for weeks at a time. It had nothing to do with the Canadian Fox Support. Or we needed to talk to the store about making sure your ok with the repair, which they can take weeks ( months ) to do.
